The thin accumulation of dust
that rests upon our electronic equipment
reminds us that we are constantly
regenerating the form we take.

the piss brick road
of fear, apple juice,
and old lace...

Dr. Chopra has whispered that our minds
can be timeless, and our bodies ageless,
as we are always recreating ourselves
on a cellular level.

And the state of mind we are in,
be it peace, or turmoil,
