I believe that psychics are real. I grew up thinking they were liars trying to take your money, and was annoyed by phone psychics on tv.

After I started working with tarot cards, performing tarot card readings for myself and friends, I started to understand that logic couldn't explain the patterns I was seeing.

As I began letting go of my logic-based view of the world, I started developing my own psychic abilities, and realized that beneath the world we see are subtle energies that allow for intuitive information to be perceived.

We can't see any of this esoteric world if we're not open to it. Now that I'm open to it, I receive information every day that helps guide me towards my true path.

So I've come full circle, from a non-believer/cynic to someone who sees that tarot readers and psychics are real...and can help others see themselves with greater clarity.

Too much spaciousness!

One of the reasons I'm doing this blog is because I currently feel like I have too much spaciousness in my life, and I can see that by writing down whatever is on my mind I can fill some of this space with some sharing.

In the process of sharing I might just be able to "EMPTY MY MIND" with some of the things that float around within it.

Unlike many things I've done on the Internet (biz sites, youtube, yahoo groups) I feel a relatively low amount of pressure to "succeed" as a blogger, which is liberating. There are just SO MANY blogs out there that to enter this endeavor with the idea of competing feels unrealistic.

I'm reminded of when I had a group counseling class and the teacher suggested those of us who were addicted to getting A's all the time might want to choose to get no better than a B to break the perfectionism habit, and in exchange for that "letting go of achieving" we wouldn't have to write a paper for the class.

It felt great to not have that pressure.

And now, somewhat ironically, I'm writing again...on a blog.

My first IMAGE...Biscuit the CAT!

I'm about to try inserting an image...why not?

Okay, it worked pretty easily. This little furry friend is Biscuit, who just recently turned 3 years old.
My partner found her abandoned in a drawer in a storage space next to her home. At first I was afraid that raising Biscuit would be too much stress as Amanda was focused on her work and keeping in harmony.
But it became clear that this little angel was someone who we could not ignore, who we could not give away.
Biscuit is now a full grown cat who lives to have fun, to learn, and to help us heal. I love her very much, and I love our other cats Bobo, Bowser & Tammy!

Why I support Obama over McCain

I think that Obama is pure.

I sense that McCain is unhealed...and angry.

I believe that Biden is genuine.

And it seems that Palin is angry...and her closet is full of skeletons.
I think that anyone promoting Creationism in public schools is operating from the old paradigm, and doesn't deserve to have political power in this new era.

VIDEO vs. WRITTEN WORD

I have a schism between video and written word on the Internet.

I say I prefer video, but when I think about it, I actually read text more often than I watch videos.

And yet, I enjoy creating videos at http://youtube.com/UnificationNow which I recommend to anyone who is into personal growth, expansion of the mind.

So as I begin this blogging adventure, I must admit that although I may say I prefer video to the written word, I actually read a lot of news, blogs, and other articles that I find through http://Digg.com

I publicly admit that I'm a READER and that I don't spend time browsing youtube because I find most youtube videos understimulating.

My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss

I love the show My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss which is currently on my tv. It's being replayed on the Fox Reality Channel which I rarely watch. This show is hilarious because it plays with egos, and is brilliantly acted. It's disguised to be like The Apprentice, but it is a complete spoof with completely arbitrary challenges.

If anyone has a chance to check it out I highly recommend it.

On Psychics, Tarot Readings and Divination Readers

I would like to first share a little about myself. I've decided to blog about whatever I'm up to, while watching tv, hanging out, listening to music, or whatever else is on mind.

I wanted to mention that I support myself by marketing psychic sites which allows me to work from home, and have plenty of time to blog and share my ideas. I'll mention these sites at the end of my blogs in order to help continue to support myself :)

However, even if you don't have any interest in psychics I'll be sharing ideas and perceptions that you mind interesting from the standpoint of unusual insights and beliefs. I don't fit in to the modern day world and wouldn't want to. I believe that people are highly influenced by their socialization and that the key to becoming yourself as to speak your truth to anyone you can in your life.

Now a little bit about how I got started in my psychic business...

I've had a great deal of experience interviewing psychics for the Online Psychics & Divination Readers Directory. In that process I've found that some readers are more attuned than others. I've also discovered over the years that some psychics will tell you whatever you want.

I created http://www.PsychicDeals.com , a psychic reading site, years ago to serve as a place where people can find a reader that is affordable. So I've located psychic reading sites that allow are currently offering deals such as 3 Free Minutes, $10 for Ten Minutes with a Reader, $20 worth of readings for $10, and $1.99 for 10 Minutes.

I am also, personally, a tarot reader. I no longer do readings for money but continue to do readings for myself and for my partner.

I also created a site at http://LiveReaders.com that represents what I feel to be currently the most reputable site combined with a great deal. That site is currently representing Psychic Source.
